" The Hamlet of Shoreham is Created"

The Shoreham Civic Association, lead by President Mary Daum started a grass roots level committee to foster smart town planning. Brian J. Mahoney, ASLA, worked with the association's Shoreham Hamlet Study Committee. After 7 Years of meetings, gathering information, contacting state and local officials, the creation of the Hamlet of Shoreham was indoctrinated at Brookhaven Town Hall.
